Management of human resources (HRM) has an effect on project management. Until the completion of a given project, Human Resources in Project Management should concentrate on hiring, coordinating and handling project teams. The task starts with the identification of core skills that will be required, team building and motivation. The goal is to understand how project management can be influenced by an executive function. It is as important as a feature for which I have a special affection is Human Resource. The link between managing human resources and managing projects is strategic. Both are important for the productivity of the business. Human Resources are the answer to any work that takes place within an organization because they represent people.
