Introduction

The main objective of this research was to study the working of the existing dealers of TATA Teleservices Ltd. Around 60% of Indian villages have telephone lines for homes. The research included all dealers operating under the Talking Point Pvt franchisee TATA Indicom. Ltd. working between Adayar and Triplicane.
