Chaotic Searchable Encryption for Mobile Cloud Storage

Abstract

This paper addresses the security issue of outsourcing storage from user devices to cloud. A secure searchable encryption scheme is presented to enable the cloud search for encrypted user data. The Project on Chaotic Searchable Encryption for Mobile Cloud Storage scheme simultaneously supports fuzzy keyword search and matched results ranking, which are two important factors in facilitating practical searchable encryption. To support secure fuzzy keyword indexing, storage and query, a chaotic fuzzy transformation method is proposed.

Introduction

Chaotic Searchable Encryption for Mobile Cloud Storage is a model for convenient on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g. networks, servers, storage, applications, and services). In the current Internet, people can easily access their data stored in the cloud with their mobile devices from anywhere, such as checking emails, reading the history of online chatting applications, viewing previously saved photos, videos, or other documents. It is essential to store and access the outsourced data in a secure and efficient manner in order to provide security in all such scenarios.

Conclusion

We proposed the first searchable encryption approach based on chaos in this Project on Chaotic Searchable Encryption for Mobile Cloud Storage paper, which also allows both ranked and fuzzy keyword searches on the encrypted data stored in the cloud.Two databases: the RFC and the Enron databases implement and evaluate this scheme.
