Then we make the training set of different characters of different sizes. On the basis of these training set we extracted the character from images. When the license plate is detected, its digits are recognized and displayed in the GUI. In this mainly focuses on Neural Network and proprietary tools OpenCV in which ALPR systems implementing using Free Software Open Computer Vision Library including Java.
