Wage Differentials – Occupational vs Skills

Introduction

The title of this project is Wage Differentials – Occupational vs Skills – An Overview mba marketing project report. The objective of the study is to analyze the Wages administration and its differentials between occupational wise and skills wise in the company. The study has been conducted to know the wages and salary structure provided by the company to its employees. In this project, I studied about the present wages and salary compensation of XYZ Ltd. along with the evaluation of the incentives, bonus, and allowances given to the employees. Labor’s share of the low national income has long been an important field of economic study, and many efficient-country studies have shown that this share has remained relatively constant over long periods of time.

Much of the literature on immigrants’ assimilation has focused on countries with a long tradition of receiving immigrants.
