Introduction

The organizational study, sometimes, is considered a sister field for overarching designation. Modern organizational studies attempt to understand and model these factors. Like all modernist social sciences, organizational studies seek to control, predict and explain the Organizational Behavior. Time is Money. With the advent of new technology, a revolutionary change has occurred in the watch market of India. Previously only a few brands were ruling the market. However, with the passage of time and with the opening of free trade, there is no dearth of various national and international brands in the market. A few years ago, people used to buy a watch, only to check the time. However, now they buy not only to check the time but also for fashion.
