Introduction

Ventura is a reckoned entity, engaged in the design and manufacture of pumps since its inception. Our glorious journey started in the year 1977 as Sharp Industries. Identifying the need for a pump that was light in weight yet heavy on performance, we developed a new concept pump called the ‘Mini Monobloc’ pump that quite simply took the market by storm. Today sharp is not a brand but a category all by itself. The study is mainly intended to ascertain customer satisfaction and factors influencing product selection. It is believed that such a study will throw light on the strength and weaknesses of the dealer, on one hand, its opportunity, and threats on the other hand. The scope is mainly focused on giving information to the company about what to do or what are the pitfalls or weakness that the company is presently having.

Having satisfied customers and dealers is the main determinant of business success because it has a major influence on whether the customer will buy the product or not. The survival of a business is base on its satisfied. These weaknesses can be studied in detail and good remedies can be taken to improve the company’s well being. The scope also extends about to know what are people’s opinions about the company’s service and product, their awareness, likes and dislikes and the company can take into consideration the suggestion made by them if they compensate with the company’s view and policies.
