Human Speed Detection management System  on dot net project study the question of feature sets for robust visual object recognition; adopting linear SVM based human detection as a test case.Hiding of an object by another object during tracking called an occlusion. They are proposed approach is used for single object tracking as well as multiple objects in occlusion. There will be a device through which we can get live video streaming and from that, we can track the object. There will be a web Human Speed application through which we can see the video streaming and track the objects.
