Influence of Organizational Climate on Employee Commitment and Job Satisfaction

Introduction

The aim of the Influence of organizational climate on employee commitment and job satisfaction MBA hr project paper is to analyze the importance and impact the intensity of different dimensions of organizational climate in terms of satisfaction, and thus employee motivation and performance in companies across Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). This paper examines the hypothesis that employees at the top of the organizational hierarchy have a more positive opinion about the organization. Among the authors who defined organizational climate, there is no single agreement regarding its conceptual classification. Two basic approaches to the definition of organizational climate exist the objective and the realist approach. Between the organizational environment, there was a positive and linear relationship with organizational engagement and perceived organizational efficiency. The findings of the regression analysis showed that the organizational environment had an impact on the estimation of organizational engagement and perceived employee organizational efficiency.
