A Study on Existing Customers Perception towards Tax saving & ULIP products of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance MBA project management is a legal contract that protects people from the financial costs that result from loss of life, loss of health, lawsuits, or property damage. Insurance provides a means for individuals and societies to cope with some of the risks faced in everyday life. People purchase contracts of insurance, called policies, from a variety of insurance organizations. Almost everyone living in modern, industrialized countries buys insurance. This research was undertaken to study ICICI Prudential, Chennai’s existing customer view of Tax saving & ULIP products. The largest private insurance company in India is ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. It began operating in Dec 2000. It deals with Traditional Products, ULIP Products, Children’s Program, and Retirement Solution. This research has solely undertaken to find consumers ‘ understanding of their tax-saving options and ULIP Goods. The main goal of this study was to find out the degree of perception of existing customers towards ICICI Prudential’s tax-saving and ULIP products. Descriptive Research Architecture was the research architecture used for the study.
The present exploratory and descriptive based study was selected with an objective to identify those factors which influence customers policy buying decision and also analyze the preferences of customers while life policy investment decision-making. A researcher has taken a few hypotheses based on demographic and insurance-based preference factors and tested them with the help of various statistical tools like chi-square, correlation, and weighted average method.
