Remote Agriculture Pump Control System for Farmers

Abstract

Remote Agriculture Pump Control System for Farmers Project. In modern days, as a result of advances in technology, human beings are interested to remotely control different systems and applications. In this work, telephone signalling technique using Dual Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) signalling, is used to control switching of electrical loads such as agricultural pumps located in remote areas.

India is mainly an agricultural country. Agriculture is the most important occupation for the most of the Indian families. It plays vital role in the development of agricultural country. In India, agriculture contributes about 16% of total GDP and 10% of total exports. Water is main resource for Agriculture.

The application of agriculture networking technology is need of the modern agricultural development, but also an important symbol of the future level of agricultural development; it will be the future direction of agricultural development.

Remote controlling is one of the greatest inventions of humankind. It is a method of controlling an electronic or electromechanical system remotely without the need to physically touch and operate the controlled device.
