In this paper, we started collecting data sets with a large resolution of images for training and testing from different people. Next, handwritten digital images are converted into binary images and fed to our handwritten digit recognition system.
Using Convolutional Neural Network, we developed an offline handwritten digit recognition system in Python language, and we also improved the recognition rate performance with the lower error rate. The best accuracy of recognition from our handwritten digital recognition system is 99.75 percent.
